Interior Design Supervision in Marbella

We stay involved during implementation to help ensure the approved design is carried through accurately on site.
Regular site visits, design clarifications, review of finishes and details, and direct communication with contractors help prevent small changes from compromising the final result.

What Supervision Includes

Even a well-developed design can change during construction. Dimensions shift, materials are substituted, technical questions appear, and contractors need quick decisions.
Our role is to resolve these issues while preserving the logic, proportions, materials, and visual quality of the approved project.

01 — Site Visits

Regular visits to review key stages of implementation on site.

02 — Design Compliance

Checking that visible elements follow the approved drawings and design intent.

03 — Contractor Support

Quick answers to design-related questions during construction.

04 — Materials & Finishes

Reviewing samples, finishes, and proposed substitutions before approval.

05 — Design Adjustments

Individual pieces or complete furnishing packages without a design project.

06 — Reporting

Important issues, decisions, and required actions are documented and communicated to the client.

Design Supervision, Not Technical Construction Control

Our supervision focuses on the implementation of the approved interior design. It does not replace the contractor’s responsibilities, technical construction supervision, site safety control, or statutory architectural services.
If your project was designed by another studio and requires broader coordination, our Project Coordination service may be more appropriate.
