Villa Oxford is a 600 m² villa designed for a developer and built for sale. The brief was an interior that buyers understand at the first viewing: warm, light and calm, without personal statements that narrow the audience.
We opened the living, dining and kitchen zones into one space facing the glazing, so daylight reaches deep into the plan. Stone surfaces, warm wood and a restrained palette run through every room, while lighting is layered: architectural light for the volumes and decorative pieces as accents.
Specifications were written with lead times in mind. Key items have approved alternatives, so the developer could keep the schedule when a product was delayed.
