The project was designed as a market-ready interior in Marbella for the Costa del Sol real estate market, with a focus on clarity, efficiency, and buyer appeal.
The concept combines natural materials, warm tones, and panoramic glazing to maximize daylight and spatial perception. The layout is based on an open-plan living room and kitchen, using simple forms, stone finishes, and minimalist lighting solutions.
Design decisions were made to balance visual quality with budget control and practicality, supporting both everyday use and liquidity of property in Marbella.
