The brief was to create a market-ready interior that feels warm, calm, and visually strong for buyers on the Costa del Sol. We built the concept around natural wood, stone finishes, soft minimalism, and carefully planned lighting — so the space feels contemporary, comfortable, and easy to imagine as a finished home.
Panoramic windows bring in natural light and connect the interior with the surroundings. The living area was designed with soft furnishings and fluid lines, while the kitchen combines clean geometry, practical finishes, and minimalist lighting.
The result is a balanced interior that supports both everyday comfort and property value — a design solution created for developers who need a space that photographs well, sells clearly, and stays efficient in budget and execution.
